This book was pretty misogynistic but there were moments that I laughed aloud about the antics of the author & friends. While you will not find me searching the Tucker Max website or becoming a fan, I did agree when he stated, "Men will treat you the way you let them. There is no such thing as 'deserving' respect; you get what you demand from people."

This is another of those 'I'd give negative stars if I could, only writing this review so nobody thinks I ever liked this book' review.

I mean, it's a party book. Expect that.

The extra star is an acknowledgement, a tip of the hat, to the fact that I couldn't put the book down, awful and nausea inspiring as it was. Is this real life?

I hated this book. I thought it was poorly written and none of the stories were that interesting. It felt like I was talking to my douche bag friend and he kept telling me how he got laid this weekend. Same story over and over just different girl different position.

I'm not even sure what made me think I would enjoy this book. I probably should have known better. I gave it an honest go...but it was definitely not for me.

A disgusting, misogynistic, and not very well written compilation of embellished true stories from some prententious Duke student's college years.

I laughed.
I hope they serve rum and cokes in hell.
