This book doesn’t give you the secret to happiness or anything like that but it does offer great practical advice for getting habits into place. Sometimes roadmaps like this are helpful because for me they teach me all of the aspects of setting a new system into place in my life rather than just telling me to push through it, which is what I’d usually do if left to my own accord. There’s a 21-day road map for setting a new habit in this book that I’m sure I’ll use again with more habits in the future.

This book is a niche choice, catering to those who appreciate mantras and manifesting.
Fortunately, I resonate with these themes, making it an ideal read for me. I found it enjoyable and plan to revisit it on my journey towards cultivating positive habits.

A lot of just hope for it and it will happen and mostly focused on diets and making more money. It didn't really have a lot of sustenance. It also felt like the editor just gave up near the end of the book, a lot of mistakes that made it harder to want to finish.
