This is a powerful, invaluable and important book. The range of voices who shared their stories offer insight into many different disabilities and their personal experiences.
Reading this was heart breaking, eye opening, and challenging (in a very good way).
I was saddened to have multiple instances of fatphobia (especially use of the word/concept ob*sity) and outdated language around autism.

Absolutely loved this book! Such a wonderful collection of stories and perspectives. I know it's a backwards compliment but I usually struggle with anthologies so much that this was the first one I enjoyed. I liked all of the stories and I'm planning to reread it ASAP as I think they deserve a lot of reflection. Read this book!
