I always get a hankering for this book when the time of year for county fairs rolls around. My kids and I listened to the audiobook read by the author for the upteenth time this summer and it just never disappoints.
Definitely my favorite of E.B. White’s novels. So poignant in the facts of life and the wisdom of childhood.

Creo que son tres estrellas pero le pondré cuatro solo porque sí, igual me gustó más la película. xD
Just recently re-read this book with my third-grader, and still found myself crying at pivotal points in the novel. Every bit as good as I remember from when I was young! So glad to live in a world in which this book exists.

Charlotte's Web has always been very, very important to me. I loved the book and movie when I was a child, and I played Templeton in the play in middle school. Revisiting the book as an adult, I was still completely enraptured in its tale of a pig named Wilbur and his fight to not be turned into bacon and ham. Everyone, even arachnophobics, loves Charlotte, the spider with heart who does everything she can to save Wilbur's life. It's a book for all ages to read together and cherish again and again.
