August 2016 - the familiarity of Old MacDonald meets the allure of construction equipment and monster trucks. There's no way Ben wouldn't have liked this one. He also started adding all the trucks into the song anytime we sing it.

A funny truck twist to the classic song.
Edit: The children LOVED this book during storytime. I sang the song and then really loudly introduced each truck/vehicle. Lots of giggles and smiles with this story.

A new version of Old MacDonald for the truck-obsessed. My nineteen-month-old daughter adored this book and would sing "Aye yi yo!" along with it. I loved the clever illustrations and the nice touch of Mrs. MacDonald being the driver of the MacDonald's new monster truck. Honestly, the only thing that bugs me about this is that the refrain for the bulldozer is "EIEI-mow," and every time I read it I think, "But you don't mow with a bulldozer!"

My son loves this book! It’s a cute spin on same old song using different construction equipment. I love that the illustrations tell a story of their own and the different takes on the classic E-I-E-I-O for each truck.

I was shocked how much I enjoyed this. This updated take on the familiar song is hilarious and sure to please all those who like big machinery and trucks. The illustrations are wonderful and provide tons of hidden details.
