It's honestly kind of terrible but it's so terrible it's entertaining. Kind of love it's like old timey radio shows with all the sound effects mixed in. Bonus points for the Patton Oswalt cameo.

This is good. Especially the performances. I did expect more from the plot, given it is a James Patterson storyy. It was a bit predictable at times.
I feel a sequel coming... and It's full of girl power!

I like James Patterson, so I'm not sure what happened here. I couldn't finish this. Full cast audiobooks are also difficult to pull off, even with a full cast. Maybe this would have been better as a regular book.

I have never read a James Patterson novel before, but I found that I really enjoyed the presentation of this audio drama. The addition of all the sound effects really makes it feel like you're watching a crime show on TV (just, ya know....with your eyes closed). However, the pacing felt a bit rushed as scenes were constantly ending abruptly & the story isn't anything all that unique.

However, since it is relatively short, free with an Audible membership, AND features Aaron Paul as the main character (honestly, this is what drew me in most) - I'd say it's worth a listen if you're interested.

Another great audio drama from James Patterson. Not a huge twist at the end, but a good finish. Loved the banter between the head detective and his twin sister who also happens to be a detective. Good intrigue and a satisfying conclusion.
