Wow I loved this so much. 🥹 Everything I nitpicked in book 1 was fixed in this book.

The good:
- The pacing was so much better in this book. This was probably because the cast of characters was trimmed down significantly. There were only a handful of characters in this book, and the "world" was a lot smaller. There wasn't as much world building in this book, but I didn't miss it. I much preferred this pared down version of storytelling.
- Mallory and Parker!!! So cute.

The only complaint:
- The mystery was a bit simple but I think it did enough to keep me interested. I was much more interested in Mallory and Parker's story anyways.
