Reading this (the illustrated) version was such a good idea! It was so interesting to see everything that was talked about in the book. I enjoyed it!

I see why they made this one the movie instead of the first one. For anyone who enjoyed this, I recommend Lilith by Nikki Marmery, which also examines the divine feminine. I’d also like to point out that sacred femininity is not something that is defined by childbirth and association with men. Anyways, food for thought.

honestly super interesting and fun! very quick paced but i feel like that was a negative sometimes. every time i’d be stressed or there would be major stakes i felt like it got solved so quickly …
which i guess is the point since sir leigh was behind it all
… anyways the ending felt wrapped up too nicely tbh like where was the lessons learned? and i didn’t really like
sophie and langdon ending up together like fr? we can’t let a woman just find her family and be jesus’ lost lost descendent wo needing the mc man get some puss??? FR????
