Coming in hot with my prompt of Cover You Love for the #SizzlingHotCovers challenge with JT Geissinger Liars Like Us.
Emery is struggling to keep her family bookstore open. With her rent doubling, a large tax debt and a large corporate bookstore opening across the street she just can’t stay open.
So when the hot billionaire comes in with a proposal for a marriage of convenience to save his inheritance she feels backed into a corner. Calling is used to getting what he wants and bulldozers her into accepting.
This had some epic banter, an over the top hero with lots of kink and demands. Emery had some spectacular moments of revenge for his pushy ways.
I was able to guess the twists thanks to @ruthsromances for talking me through them!
A thrill of a book, very morally gray, possessive alpha hero, lots of dirty talk, and lots of secrets to peel back.

Hilarious, fun and spicy - does the job of a billionaire romance. But srs the tattoos was a stretch too far. Both mc absolutely crack me up and the dialogue is sooooo good

"Didn't you just start reading this a few hours ago?"
"Yes, yes, I did. I could not stop once I started."
In my next life, I want my boyfriend/husband to be created by J. T. Geissinger.
