first and foremost: can anyone please write fanfics about this book? 😭😭😭

This was such a great reading. I literally devoured this book in my free time!

The Lost Girls I book for the people who are into vampire and who liked Twilight but wants a little bit of spice (sapphic love for that matter). Also it has a twist: the vampire and the girl don't end up together, he is actually a dick that turns her into a vampire just to get bored of her and ditch her - honestly man are ughhh.

Holly was only 16 when she was lured by the spoiled Elton, and now she is stuck as a 16-year-old teenager for eternity. She is living this shitty life bc a 16 old can't really get a good job, but everything changes when she meets two of Elton's other victims, Ida and Rose. They offer Holly an great opportunity: "let's get rid of Elton for good!!!" and of course it's a too good of an opportunity to turn down. And everything was just fine until she starts to like Elton's new girlfriend, Parker.

This book is such a great and refreshing twist from the usual vampire stories. We have sapphic rep and badass girls kicking men asses - what else can we ask for?

Also Holly still has to deal with things from her past and from the fact she is a teenager. She doesn't gets automatic rich just for being a vampire as some other stories goes, actually she gets somewhat worse because surprise! we are under capitalism gals and vampires are not except from it.

A little extra thing: is it bad that I'm a little attracted to Gwen? it is? oh okay :)

A story about a group of girls who team up to take revenge on the vampire that turned them? Such a great premise for a story. At times, I wish the world and the relationship would have been a bit more fleshed out. The pacing also felt a bit off at times, which kind of pulled me out of the story.

But the references to traditional vampire stories throughout will really make it fun for vampire fans. Holly is a great narrator, and her snide comments about vampires and people's views of vampires just make the story more fun to read.

All in all, if you're looking for a quick, entertaining vampire story, this one would fit the bill!

I love teenage girls. They deserve all the revenge on shitty boys that exists.

What a fun lighthearted friendship vampire story with a little sapphic romance to boot. Utterly delightful. (And some interesting twists on vampire lore!)

Idk, this was supposed to be a fun, light, in-one-sitting read, but I've been trying for three weeks now but it's just kind of boring. That was a little disappointing from a book dubbed 'sapphic vampires plan to kill their ex-boyfriend'. It was quite gory too, seemingly only for the sake of being gory. The relationships - platonic and romantic alike - felt rushed and that put me off (like girl, you have talked to each other briefly a total of what, three times, and you're ready to risk it all?? I get that they're impulsive teenagers, but c'mon).

Might pick it up again later (I still have some faint hope that it'll get better) but I don't have the patience right now.

An amazing twist on a John tucker must die like vampire revenge story. Holly falls in love with Elton in 1987 after he promises her a life of immortality and love. Years later after he turns her he dumps her and Holly finds out she isn’t the only girl Elton has done this too. With the help of the other girls Elton has turned they ban together to stop him from turning another mortal girl.
