I really like the writing of this book. I don’t think the characters were written that well. Especially Josiah. But the writing style itself is so easy to get through and entertaining. I fled through this books and enjoyed it quite well!
The romance does sound a bit fake but I also think that is mainly because this is only 60 pages.

This was a cute short story about Josiah and Majesty. I read it in one sitting and wasn’t disappointed. I could relate to how Majesty felt. It’s not always about money, women want a man to listen and dedicate quality time to them. Josiah didn’t realize he was taking her for granted until he almost lost her for good.

This is my first book (or novella) by Shon and when I tell you she has now become an instant buy author for me, I mean it! This book, despite it being a shorter piece, was packed with raw emotion, intense moments, and some very spicy scenes. I enjoyed this book so much and went from telling Majesty to not fold because stand for what you want to folding my damn self when Josiah spoke. I was screaming like either of them could hear me (but Josiah did have her fucked up those first couple of chapters).
