I mean it’s a super short novella featuring a second chance romance between Josiah and Majesty who broke up because of not speaking each other’s love languages. We meet them at the point when Majesty is about to move on and Josiah needs to prove that he can give her the quality time she needs. This was fine. I like that Majesty knew her worth and broke up with Josiah because even though he was a provider and was loving, he wasn’t listening to her or loving her the way she said she wanted to be. The thing is that I overall felt meh about this. I didn’t connect with any of the characters, it didn’t feel like there was much plot of story even for a novella, it was just there.

This was a cute, yet intense short read. Josiah wanted his girl back and nothing was gonna stop him! Period!! lol
Another quick and easy read. I really love to read books 700 pages or more but I find that I am enjoying these quick and easy novellas just as much. Although this one had an ending, it felt like it ended with a cliffhanger because I definitely wanted more.
Josiah is a man that many women would love to have. He held it 10 toes down taking care of all of Majesty’s materialistic needs. He was up front with her when he said he just wasn’t the romantic type. Majesty was ok with that until she wasn’t. In an attempt to get what she wasn’t getting from Josiah, Majesty broke it off with him. Little did she know that Josiah was not with the program. When I say my brother got a hint real quick. He couldn’t imagine his life without her so he did the work to keep her. I loved the way that he realized the errors of his ways, took responsibility for them and corrected them. Loved Josiah’s BDE and the spice
