I enjoyed this one and will continue with the series but it lacked a little charm of the first one

After a re- read, I stand by my original rating of 3 stars. The book is good, a little dragged out, I expected more to happen, but I'm not sure why. Maybe because I listened to the audio this time around, and the narrator never made me feel anxious during the climax of the story. It's a very relaxing listen.

This was a little harder to get through than the first Odd book. I liked the story, it just wasn't as compelling.

The first Odd Thomas book was ok. I wouldn't have read the second book, if I hadn't bought it already. But this was so much better. Odd's feelings, the lingering deads, Ozzie's philosophy, everything falls in a place nicely
