This thriller was easy to dive into and quickly moved into the action and plot of the story. The mystery of Eve’s disappearance was intriguing, but I didn’t like her enough as a character to care if she was found. If you are looking for a fast paced thriller that is engaging and includes slightly morally grey characters, this may be for you.

1. Shanora Williams delivers another addictive “popcorn thriller” filled with drama and twists.
2. The story centers on Rose Howard, who is determined to find her missing ex-best friend Eve, despite their HUGE falling out that’s caused tension and unresolved emotions between the two.
3. The plot is MESSY, dramatic, and fast-paced-perfect for fans of twisty thrillers.
4. The book was so engaging I finished it fast.
5. Readers can expect a strong mystery, secrets, a little spice and a satisfying twist.Be warned, there are several suspects.
6. I consumed this title via book and audiobook (the 2 narrators were great).
7. This my second book from this multigenre author. The first was a dark romantasy “Vicious Bonds”. I will 100% be reading more
from her!!
