I loved the beginning.  The middle bogged down a bit though and got a bit too abstract.

This story was really good. The book was so sad though. I'm not sure I would read it with a kid. Maybe 2nd-6th grade? I enjoyed it though.

Wow! All I can say is WOW! I haven't read such a wonderful story in a long time! While I do not agree with Ms. Rowling's beliefs, she can surely write a wonderful story! This story really resonated with me because I have a stuffed bear that I love very much. I feel much the same way about my bear as Jack feels about DP. I cried through the whole end! Great book, but I'd be careful about reading it to young kids. It has several dark parts.
