I didn't actually finish it. I stopped with 5-6 pages to go because I just didn't want to read anymore. It wasn't awful...just kind of boring.

Oh, Agatha Raisin. You are just too fun. These books are quick reads, and I especially love the audiobooks when narrated by Penelope Keith! I loved that people were being poisoned by elderberry wine (Arsenic and Old Lace!), and Agatha is on the mark with her sassy insults. A fun, quick read.

What can I say about this addition to the Agatha Raisin series that I haven't said about previous titles? It's repetitive, and predictable. Agatha never seems to show any lasting character growth, and neither do any of her cohorts. Oh, and the title doesn't seem to relate to the story. And yet, to varying degrees, I still enjoy reading the books in the series. For true Agatha Raisin diehard fans.
