A mostly satisfying conclusion to the series.

The majority of the book's reveals had been strongly hinted at in the earlier books, or this book itself, but there were still a few twists in this one. I really liked that we saw more of a focus on characters other than Lucy and Lockwood. I've never enjoyed the subplot of Lucy's crush so was relieved that it didn't take up too many pages in this book.

I would have liked there to have been more resolution about what will happen at the end of the book. I couldn't tell if the author was leaving it open to return to the series or just added the references to the future to try and obscure the fate of certain characters. I'd be happy for it to be the former but I suspect it won't be and it that's what made it a little unsatisfying.

Overall I will miss this imaginative world and the motley crew of Lockwood & Co.

Um idk who told the author that he was allowed to have this series END, but they deserve jail time. STOP I can't believe this is over.

So I have been using these amazing books to procrastinate for a little over a week now, and have no regrets I fear.

This series is perfect. This final book and this all being over literally took me through every single emotion.

Ending is shockingly happy compared to the average found family book. Thank god idk what I would have done if that went any worse. Love these characters a ridiculous amount. I'll miss them so much.

Lockwood and Lucy. Aw stop.

Netflix uncancel the show please and thank you xoxoxo

I'll never forget you Lockwood & Co. Probably won't even stop thinking about you any time soon either.
