This one didn’t go where I expected, and I loved that. I really loved Calder and Hadley’s journey back to one another, and how he loved her, and let her be who she was even though parts of that scared the crap out of him. I did not guess whodunnit, but I was closer with this one than I’ve been before! I’m addicted to Catherine Cowles at this point. She’s perfect for a good romantic suspense with a guaranteed HEA
