Eh not crazy about the turns it’s taking. The multi-worlds stuff could hypothetically be interesting, but in a comic story it feels like it’s just a repetitive astonishment at the same basic idea, reappearing page after page. We’ll see how the series wraps up in the last one, once my copy arrives.

4.5 stars… still nightmares fuel and still mildly muddled/confusing

Great penultimate volume bringing together all the characters. The different worlds converging was super cool. A little disappointed that it basically turns into a zombie theme, but still fun. Some amazingly cool art

This is the transition phase of the story. Its all kind of gone Pete Tong and we're moving towards the denouement. It kind of loses the plot a bit because of that though.

This series just continues to get creepy! I don’t know what to expect after to this volume. The art in this one is absolutely terrifying as always!

September 2021 reread.
Things get more mind-bending and more horrific with every volume, and this creative team delivers it all brilliantly.

If you've followed my reviews, you know I love this series. Wicked Worlds is weirder and freakier than ever, with our heroes scattered and the fate of realities hanging in the balance. The writing and art are extraordinary and the story is charging headlong toward an explosive end.
