Well I had inspirations about how this book was going to go and let’s just say it checks all the boxes. Lethal is a great first book to what looks like a promising series! One percent and hopefully leaving the drugs behind. An innocent girl pays for her brothers sin but there is a pretty nice HEA to sum it all up. Five stars!

This is my first book by Cassandra Robbins and I will say I really enjoyed her writing style. I think she switches character POV so well and you can really feel the differences in their voices.
The smut was fantastic. The perfect balance of dialauge and dirty talk with description.
It was the characters that made this book 3 ⭐️s for me. They were toxic and manipulative. I want my main characters to at least make each other a little better. Or at least be better for each other. They lie and manipulate each other and do not change for the better. I almost think they get worse. That type of relationship dynamic is just not my thing.

There's a fine line between alpha and abuser. It took me forever to finish it.
I couldn't decide on the exact rating becuase while it was well written, engaging and entertaining with the 'requisite sirting the line' H, it was definately more fluff than dark. Good thing fluff hit the mark even when I thought I wanted dark.

I came across this book while looking around on Amazon. Being in a big MC trop kick, I thought I would take a chance on it. It was the cover that hooked me at first, but I’m so glad it did. This book is so good. I found myself asking what in the world everyone was thinking many times, but I could not put the book down. It took me just over a day to read. Can not wait to get the rest of the series.
