I loved this book! The pacing was awesome. The characters made me interested in each of their lives. I like how it turned out.

Dionna and Tripp were working together to plan her best friend and his cousin's wedding. They butted heads at first, but there was an attraction simmering.
This was a cute story. I enjoyed it a lot.

Casting director Dionna is in Texas to help plan her BFF's wedding. She clashes with best man Tripp, who's trying to convince her that his small town can produce a glamorous event to rival Hollywood. When opposites attract, will it turn to love?

There's a strong spark between Dionna and Tripp from the beginning, but it takes time for them to trust. She's something of an introvert, while he's a charmer. They're both kind, open, and respectful to each other. They expect the affair to be short-term, but come to realize that they fit together better than they expected. It's a steamy, heartwarming, and uplifting book.

Thanks, NetGalley, for the ARC I received. This is my honest and voluntary review.

I enjoyed A Cowboy Kind of Thing. It was a quick and easy read. It was also a fun, sexy and sweet story. I liked the main characters and their journey and I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next.

My first cowboy romance and it was the sweetest thing ever!!

I liked how the focus went straight to the couple and their undeniable chemistry. I loved seeing them learn to trust each other and build a beautiful relationship. The story was deliciously spicy and I honestly had a great time reading.

I also really enjoyed the discussion around the erasure of black cowboys and their history.

I wanted an epilogue but I realized that this book was the first in a series around the wedding festivities and I might read the other ones because I want more of these two characters and the wedding party!

This was perfectly pleasant. Dionna and Tripp are quite cute together. But nothing about it really sang for me. Maybe it was my mood? This category-a-day challenge is starting to get hard.
