It’s been a while since the first book but the characters all came flooding back to me as soon as I started reading. Always something a little different, a little unexpected with these books.
We venture deeper into the supernatural world this time. Dracokine and fae feature quite a lot, with just a touch of mermen. I have to say, it’s the first book I’ve read with such beings before, and it made for interesting reading. Full of action and adventure, and of course a bit of passion - because you can’t have Kira and Carter without passion 😉
