Yes, there were predictable moments. Yes, I devoured this book.

These Fates that Bind Us did not disappoint, and I 100% recommend it to anyone who is considering reading it! There were a few points where I was left wondering why it was able to make it into the published version of the book, but those were, like I said, few and far in between.

The romance between Aster and Nox was believable and I liked how their "attachment" to each other was a main component of the novel, but not the main one.

3/5 stars.

Have you ever wanted to speed-run the entire SJM universe in a way where the characters are all one-dimensional, the dialogue is BAD, the MMC calls her “love” every other sentence, the world building is minimal, there’s obnoxiously fast insta-love, and the FMCs uncle rapes and beats her repeatedly?? If yes, you should read this book.

I really enjoyed the first half of the book but the second half felt super rushed and the romance suddenly became forced. Unfortunately made me stop caring about the characters
