.

When you stay up late and take a half day off from work, that’s how you know that a book is good. I wanted to devour the book after the first fifty pages just to see how Mallory’s story would progress.

(Tbh will update again tomorrow it’s 3 am and I just wanted to rate this so high because it’s so good)

Found myself giggling through this book. I love a witty fmc, and Mallory did not disappoint. Only 4⭐️s because I was left wanting at the end!!! Such an abrupt finale. Overall really good book though. Love you Nolan ☺️

I really liked this book. It's very rare in media where
you see male characters who love their partners to death yet still are stoic.
The main thing I didn't like was the whole point of Mallory’s character development,
It took her so long to realize why she was so uptight regarding chess and emotional vulnerability. Though, that talk with Oz at the end, was so cathartic, finally getting to see that characters in the universe also thought she was being silly was awesome.

I liked Nolan, he was such a character! He was the dark and mysterious type that I think many women find appealing because he has that mystique without being a total dick.
Overall, I highly enjoyed this book and this author's writing style and ability to make all the characters in her books seem to have so much personality, even side characters.

4.75 ⭐️ honestly I’m being petty because I have a personal vendetta against some of the “gen-z” stuff that was mentioned, but other then that I love it!

I thought this book was super cute! I felt like the main character was pretty relatable in regards to being a normal teenager going through life's ups and downs. However, the main star of this book is by far Nolan Sawyer. He's such a smitten-kitten. I love it.
