will forever love this series and i loved reading it start to finish but i find they focused less and less on blomkvist and salander themselves as the books went on and there was just so many stories that obviously linked to eachother but it took me longer than usual to get into this particular one than the others. tbh still i loved it icl like

I listened to this on audio and based on my ratings of the previous books in the Millennium series by David Lagercrantz, I think the audiobook made me like this one more and made it exciting. The two parallel stories were interesting and glad I continued in the series overall.

I never done a review on a book before, but this book is just so average. One minute it is fast paced and you could not put it down then it goes really slow. No where as good the original 3 books. I think the new author to take over this series of books need to go back and read the first 3 and try to get the brutal Salander back.

Pretty good. I feel like Lisbeth Salander has lost some of her rough edge and it bothered me throughout the entire story. There was also WAY too much exposition for something that could have been summed up better.

This is the closest Lagercrantz gets to Larsson. It’s a solid mystery and I like how everything ties together with Zalas and Camilla. It’s also an exciting and satisfying ending.
