I got a love jones....

Wow. Sometimes a story doesn’t need to be dragged out and you my love did an amazing job at capturing the essence of Marq and Shi. Their story is just something I wished could happen to me in real life lol. Sometimes a night full of adventure can lead to so much more and their happy ending was just the icing on the cake. My heart is full! 🥰

Poetry, music, love. What a delightful recipe! A quick read but so immersive. D.Rose has a style that is unique to her. And i very much enjoy how she incorporates music into her work so seamlessly. The connection between the two MCs was soul touching and so cozy.

Shiloh made her weekly trek to Roseville to share her poetry and vibe with other creatives. Marquis is a musician, resident of Roseville, who's been waiting to catch her eye.

This was such a great story. I love the way they opened up to each other, even when they were obviously scared. Taking a chance on love when the past keeps trying to creep back in is a great arc and I loved that they were able to come together and relax with each other. Shiloh is supposed to be focusing on herself, and Marquis thinks Shiloh's out of his league, but when love calls they have to listen. I loved this. You can't fight fate...

Short and sweet, but I do wish it was a teensy bit longer so I could connect with the characters better. Still looking forward to the next one.
