This was an alright book. I think that they missed the mark by not killing off Jamie in the book because it didn't feel realistic with him having a terminal disease and magically getting better enough to travel. I also think that Ella had the right to be pissed off that he kept his illness from her and she fell in love with him.

Damn you, Julia! This was so good! 😭

It has its moments

I appreciate this book as an easy beach read that sometimes transports you to Oxford. Unfortunately, it’s a bit unbelievable and trite at times, which breaks the illusion.

Emotionally gripping and told a lot of truths. A love story in a different way and I leave excited to see the film adaptation
