Another in the list of classics that I have always meant to read.
It's a short read. The language makes it worthwhile for me, but if you are put off by anything written in a language form more archaic than 1988, you'll probably want to avoid this one.
You would be missing out. It's a fine old tale. A mystery of science and nature. Human nature.
The story is about humanity and the duality within all of us. A classic good versus evil story. In great gothic fashion, it doesn't end with a smile. More of a knowing nod and a hope that we ourselves fare better when confronted with our fouler self as we blow out the candle for the night.
