I enjoyed this, felt like the plot of a movie. Not the type of mystery/thriller where you don’t know the bad guy or can’t guess how it’ll end, but still really enjoyable characters.

Seriously, I loved this book. I'm not surprised as I'm a huge fan of Nora Roberts, but this was once again a favorite of mine. It reminds me of the Angels Fall book she wrote. Psycho hurts and messes with the girl. Girl rebuilds her life and tries to find her happy ending. I highly recommend this book.

slow-paced

This was alright. It was a little too slow paced for me at times, but my biggest complaint is the setup/structuring of the dialogue. Many times it goes to a new paragraph without closing quotation marks but starts the next line with new quotation marks and it made it really hard to follow who was talking. Sometime I just had to guess based on my knowledge of the characters until there was something I could obviously figure out who it was based on their common phrases, references to family members, or just outright the stating of the character being spoken to’s name. It made it very confusing when there was dialogue, and there was a LOT of dialogue.

Great characters and an interesting plot. The audiobook was also fantastic!
