After reading the first one and being disappointed, this one is a big improvement. The main character got way less annoying, and the romance was bearable. I didn’t like how she led both men on though. LOVED THE PARENT’S RELATIONSHIP.

I really liked it. It also had some pretty quotes

Back then when I first read the first part I didn't know it was going to have a sequel too, and now I found it really hard to understand anything on the beginning, because it's been a year and I honestly don't remember much. This book didn't surprise me any way, just some light hearted shite, which is yes, good sometimes, but this book didn't give me much and I would have preferred it as a stand alone

I was pleasantly surprised by this book. I really did not know what to expect from a sequel, because I thought it was unnecessary, but let me tell you it definitely was necessary. I l enjoyed getting more insight into her life because I like Izumi’s character.

There are some parts that I didn’t like, for example I thought some of the conflict was a bit extra and not needed, but I found it interesting to see how the characters and their relationships evolved.

I will admit the book was a bit cliché, I could kind of tell where it was going, but I liked the ending.

This book is not out of this world, life changing, but it was still very cute and pleasant read.

I would recommend the duology, I thought it was very engaging and got me out of a reading slump (yay)
