There was a lot I liked about this, and it was really fun to read. It included a trope I hate, though, which is the guy breaking up with the girl for her own good. Cause, you know. she is unable to make choices that are best for her, and needs a man to decide. I hate it.

I enjoyed reading Izumi's journey continue. Seeing her work on her relationships with her extended family, focusing on her parents engagement and trying to find her path in her own life. I personally would have preferred her picking a different person at the end but alas I did not write the book. Lol.

This was the second book in the series and really enjoyed it. Loved how the family relationship grew and characters matured.  Liked how it ended regarding the relationships and this was fun and sweet.
