DNF. Stopped by chapter 4. It's clearly a dumb guilty pleasure read.

2022 update: is this now a 4-yearly tradition to reread this when the Winter Olympics is on? You bet it is.
Update: You know a book was good when you're considering rereading it a week after you finished it and have been thinking about it non-stop since then... (although it probably helps that I've been watching loads of figure skating from the Olympics...)
So I underestimated how quickly I was gonna fly through this. Planned on finishing it just in time for the Winter Olympics to start on Friday and instead devoured it over about 17 hours (when I should have been writing an essay for Uni... Woops).
Slightly annoyed that I didn't know this was technically the second book in a series as I would have liked to have read that first although I know this is most likely supposed to be a stand-alone as well. Either way, I will be reading Dear Aaron as soon I can make room for it on my TBR and Uni.

The writing style is just not for me, and since the book is quite long, I decided to just dnf early on.
