The ending and after the 70% mark of the book saved it for me. 

I was going to give it 3 stars because the beginning was very boring and repetitive. 

Also because I was disappointed that we were only gonna get everything that happened in the past, at first, I thought it was only gonna be a few chapters before I realized that the whole book was all in the past.

I got hooked only after the 70% mark which is why I boosted the rating to 4 stars.
