This huge, beautiful book is a cool and unique addition to my collection. It contains four Joe Hill stories which get better as they go:

Kodiak is a quick little story about a man who is falsely accused. The art is OK and the story is nothing special.

Freddie Wertham Goes to Hell is a fun little piece of nonsense defending those who create weird things like horror comics.

The Cape is based on one of Hill's short stories by the same name. The art is stylistic and gorgeous, especially in this large format. It's not the kind of story one might expect, and though I prefer the original story, the comic version does it justice, though I think the quick nature of the graphic story leaves a little something to be desired here.

Open the Moon is a fantastic piece of Locke & Key history, and is the reason I bought this book, since I missed my chance to get the original first edition comic. It's sweet and moving, quite different from the rest of Locke & Key, but that also makes it special.

Overall this is a nice collectible to put on display. I look forward to having Joe sign my copy when he comes around this way next month.
