My Demon of Fire can be read as a standalone, but is the first book in a paranormal/fantasy romance series and ends in a HFN.

I thought this was a really fun book. I loved the whole identical twin aspect, and the world that was created.
I hated the fact the brothers were put against each other. Sub plots like that really make me sad.

Blue was so fierce and bad ass, I absolutely loved her attitude and frame of mind. Sol was so broody and protective. I loved the two's chemistry.
I love that the brothers all turn out to be shifters in some way. I <3 Dragons.

I loved how there was more to the world and the feuds than Blue thought there was. The depth and politics of the demon world were fascinating.

Disappointed. I was expecting a whole lot of action, with treason or at least defiance. Instead I got two adults that acted more like horny teenagers. I feel like the story went too quick and it wasn't well developed, maybe it wasn't ideal to have it has a short story. Many things weren't well explained which leaves us hanging there thinking "ok, but why? How?".

Not to mention the kind of language they used, the vocabulary chosen was.. interesting.

I did like the idea of the story and I know it had greater potential.
If you're someone that enjoys detailed stories this is not for you.

After Blue's twin Skye is taken she would do anything to get her back. Her journey with Sol is just so fun I loved the relationship between Sol and Blue. I can't wait for more.

It was a rough start for me, I wasn’t sure I was going to like My Demon of Fire when I didn’t immediately get sucked in by the first few chapters. I didn’t really become invested in Blue and Sol until about 35%, and then absolutely loved where their story was going. Blue is so snarky and vicious, and Sol is just a sweet little kitten
