I liked this book and the concept of all the stories occurring in the same area of the Winterlands, with many of the same creatures. Something unique to this anthology, but granted I haven't read many.
My favorites were: Frozen Flame, The Other End, and The Lost City. Some of the stories felt like just they were just the beginning of a story, Ice Blind and Skonjac Woke Up, and I was more intrigued by what was going to happen instead of occurred in the story.
There were some misspelled words and some the spellings of characters name changed which I found to be a little distracting. Overall, it's a quick read at only 138 pages, and definitely enjoyable collection of short stories.
