My first time reading Dr. Kendi’s work. Well-researched and written, this graphic novel is full of so much information that is clearly communicated. I will need to revisit this one.

Really wanna give it 5 stars but a great deal of the narrative and speech bubbles were in – I thought – a confusing order. Sometimes I had to read the bottom or rightmost bubble first and that severely interfered with my comprehension.
Love it overall, though! The drawing style is absolutely fantastic.
