Felt too much like a retelling of Binding/Keeping 13 with a little extra tacked onto the end. I get that all that's tied into Joey's identity but I really wish they got to have their own story not just a different perspective of the same story.
Also, why too much modern slang given the setting (no one was saying "bestie" back then)

This book was HEAVY and yet, it’s easily one of my favorites from the series so far. I honestly can’t even put into words what these books make me feel. It’s emotional whiplash in the best, most devastating way. I literally couldn’t see the pages for half this book through my tears

I honestly don’t know if I can put how much I loved this book and how much it utterly broke me into words. 

I went through every emotion with this book, but getting to see Johnny and Shannon, and Edel and John, and all the Lynch kids and Gibs made my heart so happy, and seeing Joey growing so flipping much and finally get his peace and his happily ever after made my heart feel complete after Chloe Walsh destroyed it with Joey’s spiral 🥲 

If you’re gonna read this series, check the trigger warnings, and know that it will consume you mind body and soul. I will never stop thinking or talking about these books.

Meh. Que venga a por mi quien quiera pelea, pero sigo pensando que Joey y Aoife son un poco egoístas.

Hay ciertos comentarios de Aiofe que no me hacen ninguna gracia. Sin hacer spoilers, pero decir que en <i>esa</i> escena, no estabas preocupada por Shannon.... sorry, pero no. Luego, entiendo que le quiera muchisimo, pero chica, eres muy tonta. Ni de coña yo le hubiera dado 3 oportunidades a Joey, por muy traumatizado que estuviera. 
Tenemos que acabar con esta dinamica tan toxica del trope <i>"i can fix him"</i>.
