Einfache Lektüre für zwischendurch. Das Buch kann aber kaum neue Perspektiven oder Ideen aufbringen. „Einfach zu tun was dich glücklich macht“ entspricht halt nicht fee Lebensrealität der meisten Menschen. Vor allem nicht wenn sie keine weißen Männer aus der Mittelschicht sind.

Das letzte Kapitel ist einfach nur pretentious as fuck und richtig unnötig.

Nice ideas portrayed here, but not something that i haven’t read before (i found it similar to “Midnight Library” of Matt Haig). It’s nothing spectacular, but it offers a general positive advice, might be helpful for some people

42 as the answer holds more meaning, in my humble opinion. But, if this works for others, more power to them. At least it was a quick read. Used for challenge prompt #22 a plot similar to another book (the other book #23 Be Useful: 7 tools for life) Schwarzenegger for the huge win, this round.
