I enjoyed the first book, it was a good story and although I understood some of the criticisms of it, I think it was a really good introduction into a new world and magic system.
Had to read as it was such a topic, and everyone was reading it. I liked this book, but will not read series as from multiple people I have heard it is not really worth it.
