Found this book through booktok. Description was kind of vague so looked it up and read a bit and decided to read the whole thing. It does have a lot of spice in it and tw there is abuse. I had a love hate relationship with the main character. Some of the decisions and things she said made me frustrated but she does overcome many obstacles. I read the whole series so thats saying something. It had its dark moments and it kept drawing you in making you want more.

Incredibly long winded series, but good character development. not nearly as much spice as I would have liked but the spice that is is top notch, hence my high rating. the scene the book is set in is interesting and dark, gang heavy.
