The first part was good … the second was still decent… the sex got way too dark for me in this one. And then the mystery aspect I was totally okay with but it started to make me want to skip the sex stuff so that I could just have the resolution to the story. Fun romp
I’m in love
Seriously though. I love Saint so much. I have so many of his lines highlighted. I loved reading about the banter and shenanigans between the two of them. Great read. Highly recommend

medium-paced
This book was seriously trash. I gave it 1 star only because of the male lead and nothing else. The female lead was infuriating and obnoxious. Throughout the book, she keeps repeating the same thing again and again: she doesn't trust anybody and, in the end, believes the person who wants to harm her. The male lead seriously deserved someone better. There was no character development whatsoever.

4.5 stars. This is book 2 in the Saint and Sinner duet.
We’re still following Briar and Saint and their relationship. There is A LOT more kinky sex so smut was 4/5 on the spice scale.
This one is a HEA! And it was so so cute. Given the dark romance genre, it worked and I’m so glad I got to read the HEA.
The character development, the twists and turns, the angst? Obsessed. You couldn’t get a better duet for these two, it was the perfect amount of mystery and suspense and tension the whole time.
