I have read a ton of true crime, listened to many podcasts, watched all the docs, and many youtubes and Israel Keyes has to be one of the most terrifying serial killers in history. He did it all: arson, burglary, murder, rape... He was truly a monster. I have been completely paranoid while reading this because he was smart enough not to get caught while committing crimes over the course of 14 years. He committed his crimes all over the country in all manner of locations and even in broad daylight. Unfortunately, he committed suicide so we will never know the true extent of his reign of terror and he will never be brought to justice.

Highly recommend for readers who enjoy true crime with a focus on serial killers.

I had American Predator on my kindle since around when it came out a few years ago, just waiting for when I wanted a true crime fix. This had me hooked from page 1 and I couldn’t put it down. It has some kinda gory parts and definitely lots of triggers, but it was such a good true crime book. It read almost like a podcast even on paper, with each chapter leaving me wanting more in the best way.

I’d definitely read more from this author and recommend this to true crime fans!
