Liked this less than the first one. But I feel it's mostly because this was a lot of world and storybuilding for the rest of the series, so a little slower than I would have liked. Also included some scenes or even chapters that I think could have been left out.
It's difficult rating these as a twenty something since they are targeted towards a younger audience. I do enjoy reading these, but they get very on the nose and a little repetitive for the sake of clarity (especially for younger readers).
