Wow. I am at a loss for words. I don't know what to say other than wow.

This was crazier than the first book. The twists in Crown of Midnight killed me. I loved the Chaolaena moments and Celaena in general so much but I felt so bad for her throughout the book. So many things happened in the book that have gotten me even more excited to read Heir of Fire. Sarah J. Maas knows how to keep people on their toes and wanting more.

By the way: Dorian?! Celaena?! Nehemia!? Chaol!? What is happening!?! Oh my god!! I just can't believe it. It was so good. A+++

Welp, it did get better. The plot is much more interesting. Onward I go

Yeah that didn’t take long lol… I got absolutely hooked on this one. MAJOR plot twist at end had me shrieking and squeezing out loud. Did they kill my favorite character? Yes. Did the dog make it out alive? Also yes. So I’ll accept it

Wow! This was truly something! I feel like I’m starting to love the TOG series, and I liked this one even more than Throne of Glass! Although I have mixed feelings about SJM's writing, I always enjoy stepping into the worlds she has created—it feels so comforting, and like returning home. This book is no exception. It has elements of fantasy, romance, and action, along with many other elements that I really love. I just couldn't stop reading! While Calaena can be a bit annoying at times, I still like her character. She has been through a lot and she goes through so much character growth in this one. I like Chaol, and I LOVE Dorian. Why aren't more people talking about him?? So far, Calaena’s love interests feel like fillers until she finds the one she will eventually end up with, to me, at least. To me, her romances haven’t felt very convincing. But oh my goodness, that ending?! Someone give me the next book—I need more!
