I really enjoyed this finale! I think it was the perfect ending for this story and for this world. As always, loved the banter between the sisters. But I especially loved the internal dialogue of Arabessa. It felt intimate and personal. Great series!

This series is so underrated. A dark kingdom full of colorful magic, sisterly banter, and found family - but also lies, secrets, death, and magic-turned-torture. A unique take for fantasy - it follows modern romance with a story per sister, following each as they find love and their own way in the world - one a thriving mystery, one a pirate adventure, and one a deadly game to win a throne. This was the darkest of the three, spending more time within the Theif Kingdom, dealing more heavily with loss of a parent, and death and torture, but it also had a complicated love story and powerful FMC - overall, it was a fun read.
