A good short read. I do like that these can largely be read standalone!
Paimon’s ending and Mist’s pact transfer left me very dissatisfied. I feel that the explanation was rushed and wish there was a better way or some witchy way that could have revealed itself.

I actually enjoyed this one more than the first one. I was hesitant to read book 2 based on how book 1 was, but after reading Mist and Lily's story I look forward to reading book 3.
