This series is true and complete perfect - start to finish.
But I don't know if any series has ever wrapped up as perfectly as this one!!
I had been dying for levi's story all series long, and to finally see what it was and how he and Annika fought for their love - ALL THE HAPPY TEARS!
I also loved seeing how the town fued and mystery turned out.
But truly - nothing may have been as perfect as the bonus epilogue. THE TEARS!!!!!!!

What an incredible ending to a fantastic series! Every book in the series was as good as the last but there was something special about this one. Annika and Levi’s story was perfect from start to finish. There’s a little bit for everyone in this book….forbidden love, friends to lovers, single parent, hot fireman, small town, mystery and of course a HEA. It usually takes me a few days to finish a book but I finished this one in a day and a half…I couldn’t have loved it more. I can’t wait for the Haven boys books….Zachary’s book is my most anticipated!
Sigh. This was a lovely conclusion to the Bailey brothers series. All of the loose ends were tied up, everyone is in love, and Levi & Annika were a delight to read. Glad we'll be spending more time in Tilikum with the Havens. Getting closer to them in Rewriting the Stars was great! I'm invested!

Liked: I loved this take on Romeo & Juliet (minus the bleak ending!). It’s so refreshing to read romances where it’s not full of one of them pushing the other away. They both wanted to be together, and while there was a bit of secrecy, when others found out they stood their ground! Plus hot sexy firefighter…yes please! Especially one who is so good with her son.
Disliked: I got a bit bored with the treasure storyline. I know it was in all the books in the series, but it took away from the romance side for me a bit.
OW/OM drama: Both get setup on blind dates at the beginning, but both make it clear they’re going nowhere. Only heart eyes of each other here!
