Read this for school - to see if we can use these Horrible History style books to make our curriculum more interesting for our students. I didn't mind this, but it didn't grab me the way the Horrible History series does. A lot of this has to do with the time period I think. Reading about history that I have actually lived through gave me a sense of nostalgia, but that was about it. I will have to read some of the earlier books in the series before making a judgement on how these can be used.
