No one alive today has seen a healthy ocean or sea... We've been damaging our oceans immensely for centuries, but... there's scientific proof and real-life evidence we can recover much of the live that was lost. However, there's a lot that must happen, and some consequences of our explotation might already be inevitable. This book was great, insightful, depressing and hopeful at the same time. How much we destroy for profit... it's unthinkable. I, for one, am glad I atleast do not eat fish (or any meat for that matter). (': But there is much more to be done.
